Leah offers a warm, grounded space for adults and teens (16+) who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns of anxiety, self-criticism, or emotional exhaustion. As a MACP, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Leah supports clients in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and developing greater emotional safety and self-trust.
Her work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative therapy, and somatic approaches, helping clients understand their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Leah believes that our struggles often make sense when we explore the parts of ourselves shaped by past experiences, and that healing happens when those parts feel seen rather than pushed away. By integrating body-based awareness and nervous system regulation, she helps clients move out of survival mode and into greater clarity and balance.
